Burgerheart Regensburg in Regensburg

We ordered 2 burgers, 8 chicken fingers and 2 desserts. The food arrived lukewarm and instead of 8 we only had 6 chicken fingers. One can expect that the employees can count to at least 8! I expect to get at least what I pay for.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go to eat good and tasty burgers! Friendly wait staff and a great atmosphere complete this absolute recommendation.

Until around September 2020 there was the really best veggie burger in all of Regensburg in Burgerheart - the Easy Cheesy with the bean counter patty. Looked like meat and tasted like it too. A dream for every vegetarian who does not want to do without the "like meat taste". Unfortunately, the red bean counter patty has been replaced with a weird tasting and grayish looking patty. I tried it twice and unfortunately it is hardly edible. = ( So here is my wish to Burgerheart: Please put the tasty bean counter patty on the Easy Cheesy again so that I can eat my favorite burger with you again. :)

When we were personally (and already several times) in the restaurant, everything was always great. But today at 6:41 pm we ordered 2 burgers and fries for delivery. The current delivery time was given as 60 minutes. At 8:10 pm we were still hungry and there were no burgers. I then called the restaurant, where I was given a delivery time of 90 minutes and the driver was already on the way, he had 4 orders with him and should be there soon. When we checked it immediately, a delivery time of 60 minutes was displayed online, not 90 minutes as mentioned over the phone. It is now 8:30 p.m. and the burgers arrived ice cold and mushy. Pure disappointment, never again Burgerheart! And I'll be happy to tell you about that too.

Very good burgers, with a great variety of bread and meat types. Fries are also amazing. You can order food from them online, or go to their restaurant, which is very central, with a great ambience. Definitely recommend it if you want to enjoy a good burger.

While I did not try the burger ot looked pretty good. I had a platter with pulled beef & pork, and baby babyback spare ribs. Perhaps the best I had in a German restaurant. The blueberry ginger lemonade was on point as well

Has been very satisfied with all three visits so far, the staff was super nice and courteous. Even "special requests", be it with regard to the menu or the placement in the restaurant, could always be implemented. Food is delicious too.

Best burger shop in Regensburg. Music could be a little clearer. Service and ambience top, corona measures are well observed! Will be going back soon.

Food is delicious but the service is lacking. We called because a reservation is not possible because it is overcrowded but we are welcome to come and wait, when we were there after 60 KM driving they said we are sorry but no chance without a reservation .. Due to this, to Hans im Glück which was also full we were asked to wait a short time and after 15 minutes a table was vacant at short notice.

I've traveled all over Europe, and this is 100% one of the best burger spots on the continent. The patties are cooked to perfection, the buns are always fresh and crisp, and the fries are to die for. The sauces they serve taste like they were made with love. The drinks are always refreshing and perfectly balanced (alcholic or not). The customer service is above and beyond the usual German customer service. If anyone goes to Regensburg, they NEED to hit this spot up. This place would make hella money in the US.

Very nice service, quickly led to the table thanks to reservation and got the food within a quarter of an hour. Delicious burgers and the cheesecake just great.

Very good food, there is no other way to say it! The ingredients are fresh and the dishes have an authentic American touch. It is usually jam-packed on the weekend in the evening hours, so it is better to go out to eat during the week, but a visit is definitely worth it 😊

Today we went to Burgerheart with the voucher book! We were greeted very friendly and served very nice! The food went pretty quickly (it was 5pm and not a lot going on)! Even when cashing in super friendly despite the voucher book! We will be back soon because everything was just fine :))

This store is just not good. We were forced to eat our food within 30 minutes. There was enough space and the staff are very cheeky. Eating tastes good, but I don't use such arrogance. NEVER AGAIN!!

Good burger restaurant, the prices are very reasonable. For 10,50€ you get a menu with burgers, fries and drink of your choice. In addition to meat, there are also vegetarian seamburgers and a vegan burger. The staff were also all friendly. Recommended in any case.
